An Early Years Teacher

Early years teachers play an important role in building the foundation that supports students throughout their entire school journey. That’s why in ÌÇÐÄVlog we encourage creative and flexible teaching environments that not only inspire student success but also support teachers to become the very best version of themselves.
With 28 schools with early years programs in our division staffed by dedicated teachers, we offer mentorship opportunities to new teachers and a strong peer network, including specialist consultants.

The middle years are a time of growth and engagement in learning as students move from childhood into adolescence. In ÌÇÐÄVlog, we encourage middle years teachers to be positive role models during this tumultuous period of student development and to employ innovative teaching methods to keep students motivated.
With twelve schools offering middle years programs in ÌÇÐÄVlog staffed by committed teachers, we offer the opportunity to make a lasting impact during a critical period of transition for youth as well as career development opportunities and an extensive network of peer support and mentorship.

Senior years teachers play a critical role in supporting students for life beyond high school by helping students achieve mastery over specific subjects while fostering critical thinking skills and emphasizes student independence. ÌÇÐÄVlog offers senior years teachers autonomy in the classroom but access to curriculum supports.
With six senior years schools in ÌÇÐÄVlog staffed by a professional and dedicated cadre of diverse teachers, our teachers also have access to mentorship and subject-specific team support and collaboration.
